Celebrating its 10th anniversary, this year the Open Canoe Symposium is back in Wales. The event will be based at Gwersyll Glanllyn Outdoor Centre near Bala.
Organised & run on a voluntary, not-for-profit basis, the symposium has become the premier event for open canoeists across the UK. Its aim is to bring together people of all levels of experience and ability in a sharing of enthusiasm for & knowledge of the many different aspects of open canoeing.

We are delighted to announce that Cliff Jacobson will be our special guest for this year’s event.
A professional canoe guide & outfitter, he will be coming over from North America to entertain us with lectures & workshops. Cliff is a renowned
